Exceptional conditions due to COVID-19.

Due to the special measures introduced to combat the COVID-19, our online store will operate under special conditions.

Shipping & Returns:

  • Security: Our orders will be shipped from our own warehouse. Our preferred transport partner has reinforced its delivery service to ensure the safety of both its employees and our clients.
  • Delivery times: Delivery times may be affected as the transport of primary need goods has priority.
  • Returns: Return periods will be extended to 60 days from the delivery of the order.

Territorial scope of shipments

Kronaby only delivers to the following countries:

  • Across the EU (In the case of Spain, Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Currently there are no shipments to the Canary Islands, nor to Ceuta and Melilla)

When will my order arrive?

Through our messaging partner, we offer a single shipping method

The delivery dates of the orders will vary according to the country of destination and the dates.

In periods of promotional campaigns or periods where orders are markedly increased, such as Christmas, the delivery periods may be altered.

How much are the shipping costs?

- Shipping costs: Free on all orders from 200€.

The shipping costs are always reflected when making the payment.

Where I can get my order?

We will send the order to the postal address you indicate. The delivery dates of the orders will vary according to the country of destination and the dates.
