HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER OR ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with a part or with the entire order received, you have a period of 14 days from the reception of your order to inform us of your intention to return it.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT REIMBURSEMENT?
Once your return has been received at our logistics center, and after checking that the returned products are in perfect condition and with their original box and accessories, we will proceed to refund the amount made in the same medium that the payment took place. This process can take up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned order.
