My watch does not connect to the app when I set it up - Android

If you are having issues connecting your Kronaby watch to the phone, follow the steps below

1. Is there a Kronaby watch already paired to your phone?

If there is a Kronaby watch paired to your phone you need to unpair it.

Go to Settings > Bluetooth. If there is a Kronaby watch paired (“connected”) to your phone, unpair (“Forget”) it.

2. Reset your Kronaby watch

Press and hold the top and bottom pusher for 5 seconds

3. Open the Kronaby app and Connect your watch

Now you should be able to Connect your Kronaby watch.

Open the Kronaby app and follow the app instructions.

If you still can’t connect

1. Toggle Bluetooth

Switch Bluetooth off and on. This often solve minor connectivity issues.

2. Restart your phone

Restart your phone. A phone restart solves most connectivity issues.
